Full job descriptionAt Central Maine Healthcare our team members are committed to providing exceptional care and experiences for our community and for each other every day. Central Maine Healthcare is seeking a Floor Technician to join our EVS team! This is a full time, benefits eligible position! Starting pay is $18.25 The Floor Technician may work in any location on patient premises. This individual cleans and maintains floors, carpets and hard surfaces. The general responsibilities of the position include those listed below, but CMH may identify other responsibilities of the position. These responsibilities may differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and patient requirements, and industry requirements. Education and Experience:High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience preferred.12 months of related work experience preferred.Experience in all phases of floor and carpet care preferred.Knowledge of cleaning agents, equipment and methods of soil removal.
