Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tally Accountant to manage and maintain accurate financial records for agro-allied operations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Tally ERP software, solid accounting knowledge, and familiarity with financial processes in the agro-allied, FMCG, or manufacturing sector.Key ResponsibilitiesRecord daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records using Tally ERP.Prepare, verify, and post accounting entries for sales, purchases, payments, and receipts.Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and customer ledgers regularly.Assist in preparing financial statements, management reports, and budgets.Track inventory and ensure proper valuation in coordination with store and production teams.Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.Support statutory compliance including VAT, WHT, PAYE, and other regulatory filings.Monitor and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.Assist in internal and external audits by providing required documentation and reports.Maintain strict confidentiality of all financial records and company information.Qualifications & Requirements
