Job Description
Responsibilities:Responsible for refinery & fractionation operations as per production plan for production of good quality oil within specification.Maintain proper record of all production activities and generate report as required for oil stocks, raw materials consumption, utilities consumption, maintenance and GMP compliance.Take step to eliminate work place hazard.Visit unit to verify efficient operating conditions.Test liquids and gases for chemical characteristics and colour.Inspect and adjust damper controls, heaters and furnaces.Read temperature in pressure gauges and flowmeters, record readings and compile in records.Inspect equipment to determine the nature and location of malfunction like faulty valves, breakages and leaks.

Asset management of utility equipments and machineryPPE management of all staff at your unit.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years working experience as a Refinery Operator in the Vegetable Oil or Soya Oil plant is preferred
