Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Develop detailed day-to-day work plans identifying and sequencing activities for smooth project execution.Supervise and execute projects according to approved plans, maintaining proper documentation and project files.Review site progress and ensure contractor work quality meets required project standards.Supervise and direct contractors to ensure safety compliance and adherence to work procedures.Enforce strict safety norms, issue work permits, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure all personnel wear PPE.Coordinate with resources including material handling, lifting equipment, and civil requirements to optimize efficiency.Ensure full understanding of project scope, set milestones, and establish priorities for the contractor teams.
