Full job descriptionResponsibilitiesSet up machines (calibration, cleaning, etc.) to start a production cycleControl and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machinesInspect parts with precision and measuring toolsTest operation of machines periodicallyFix issues that might occur during the shift

Education
Understanding of production proceduresAdherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear)Ability to read blueprints, schematics and manualsAnalytical skillsAttention to detailTeamwork and communication skills
Experience
Proven experience as a machine operatorWorking knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer, etc.)5 years of experience in plastic blow and molding machineAbility to mix materials properlyProper pinch-off knowledge
