ResponsibilitiesSet up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycleControl and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machinesInspect parts with precision and measuring toolsTest operation of machines periodicallyFix issues that might occur during the shiftCheck output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flawsKeep records of approved and defective units or final products
Responsibilities & skills
Education
Understanding of production proceduresAdherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear)Ability to read blueprints, schematics and manuals
Experience
2-4 years experience as a machine operator in an FMCG company preferably in a Seasoning or Flavour producing company
