Job description
We are seeking an experienced Grader Machine Operator with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in operating and maintaining graders on construction sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leveling and grading surfaces for roadworks, land preparation, and other construction-related tasks while ensuring safety and efficiency. The position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.Key Responsibilities:Operate graders and other heavy equipment to grade and level construction sites.Ensure equipment is well-maintained and in good working condition.Follow project specifications and site requirements to meet quality standards.Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.Collaborate with construction teams to ensure timely completion of projects.Qualifications:2-4 years of experience in operating graders or other construction machinery.
