They possess a unique drive, underpinned by the desire to help improve Africa’s urban development. Job SummaryThe Fiber Technician is responsible for the installation, testing, maintenance, and repair of fiber-optic network infrastructure. The role ensures reliable, high-quality network performance by deploying fiber systems, resolving faults, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting customers and internal stakeholders. Key ResponsibilitiesFiber Installation & DeploymentInstall fiber-optic cables across underground ducts, buildings, and aerial routes.Route, secure, and label fiber cables according to engineering standards and safety requirements.Install and integrate related network equipment to ensure proper connectivity and signal flow.
