Key AccountabilitiesFollow standardized work and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment.Communicate with team members to ensure continuous production of the correct product a high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials.Housekeeping, cleanliness and basic maintenance of equipmentRemove faulty products parts from assembly line.Inspects assembled products to ensure they are up to quality standards.Adheres to all safety guidelines dictation the production and handling of materials in the factory.

Education
Tertiary qualification (Diploma or Degree) in Chemistry/Operations ManagementPreferably Female for Gender Balance
Experience
Specific Work Experience, Knowledge and Skills required to fulfil the roleAt least 2 years experience in a continuous process environment (manufacturing)
