Job Description

· Prepare presentation materials, 3D visualizations, and design proposals for clients.· Produce architectural plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.· Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure design integration.· Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and project requirements.· Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve technical issues.· Review and revise drawings based on client feedback and project needs.· Assist in material selection, space planning, and interior/exterior design coordination.· Prepare project documentation and support design presentations.· Stay updated on industry trends, sustainable design practices, and new technologies.Requirements· Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) or a related discipline.· 4–5 years of professional architectural design experience.· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.· Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building regulations, and construction methods.· Excellent visualization, presentation, and problem-solving skills.· Strong communication and teamwork abilities.· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
