Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Chief Security Officer (CSO), preferably with a military background, to oversee and manage the security operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will have at least 5years of security experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to develop and implement security policies to safeguard company assets, personnel, and operations.Key Responsibilities:Formulates security policies and procedures for the factory management.Develops and implements the strategies for industrial crime prevention and detection.Liaises with other Law enforcement agencies in matters concerning the factory.Enhances the arrest and prosecution of crime perpetrators in the factory.Assists in recruiting and training of security guards for the factory.Provides security advisory role and reports all security matters to the management.Supervises the activities of both the external and internal security guardsDevelops daily, weekly and monthly security reports.Prepares weekly duty roster for the team
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Minimum of 5years of experience in security management (ex-military or ex-police personnel preferred).Strong leadership and crisis management skills.Excellent knowledge of security operations, risk assessment, and emergency response planning.
Experience
Experience in managing a team of security personnel.Proficiency in the use of security systems such as CCTV, alarms, and access control.Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
