Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Binding Wire / Drawing Machine Operator to operate and maintain wire drawing machines for the production of high-quality binding wires. The ideal candidate will be responsible for machine setup, monitoring production processes, and ensuring output meets required specifications and quality standards.Key Responsibilities Set up wire drawing machines by selecting and installing the correct dies. Apply appropriate lubrication to ensure smooth wire passage through the machine. Start and operate the drawing process while maintaining optimal machine performance. Continuously monitor wire tension, alignment, and machine speed to prevent breakage or defects. Inspect finished wire products using micrometers and gauges to ensure compliance with specified diameters. Adjust machine settings as necessary to maintain product quality and production efficiency. Identify and report faults, defects, or equipment issues promptly. Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping around the machine and work area. Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines.
