10+ years experience in FMCG sales and distributionProven experience managing multi-region or nationwide sales operationsStrong background in non-food FMCG (home care, personal care, hygiene products)Hands-on experience in traditional trade (open market) distributionProven ability to manage distributor-led sales models and field sales teams
