  In this role, you will need experience in the following areas:Conduct screening of applicants, including resume screening, phone screening and initial interviewsFocusing on recruitment through competitor analysis and expanding existing channelsEffectively manage all aspects of the recruitment process including interviews, assessment centres and feedback to candidatesBuild relationships with local universities to increase the profile of recruitment consulting as a career and of Hays as an employer of choiceRegularly utilises social media to communicate Hays’ employee value proposition and source candidatesConduct behavioural interview for candidatesWork closely with hiring managers to identify the best talent in the marketEngaged with hiring managers / management team to speak about candidate after assessment centreConducting Reference checksPosting and promoting new jobs on all job ad platformsPrepare communication for Internal referral initiatives
