Senior Advisor, IT Infrastructure (Storage & Backup)

What you’ll achieveAs a Senior Advisor, IT Infrastructure you will be responsible for Dell Storage and Backup Infrastructure support. You will be responsible on cross-domain support with multiple product team like Data Protection and Object, Block Storage, File & NAS and Software Define Storage.You will:This role is expected to be the first line of support of any customer issue and working closely with cross functional IT group and business unit to troubleshot and resolve technical problemUtilizes tools to verify and validate that proper thresholds and infrastructure/application information are represented and set appropriately Investigate major service interruptions and service interruption resolutionsThe candidate is responsible to drive automation and AI/ML adoption within the team and works on multiple incidents and/or projects simultaneouslyAbility to coach junior team members for internal upskilling and cross-skilling program, coordinate required training plan and contributes to internal knowledge bases and departmental documentationContributes and identify opportunity for service improvement to drive operational efficiency and customer within service level agreement
