Today, these fragrant products can be purchased at more than 1,800 Bath & Body Works and White Barn retail locations worldwide.Location of VacancyBath & Body Works - Gurney Paragon MallKey Responsibility Areas:Previous experience working in a retail or customer service environment, preferably within the beauty or fragrance industry.Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to train and motivate a team of sales associates.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and employees.Extensive knowledge of beauty and fragrance products, including their benefits and usage.Ability to drive sales and meet or exceed sales targets.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage inventory and merchandising.Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as assigned.Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other retail technology.Knowledge of beauty trends and industry developments.High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in beauty or retail management is a plus
