Job DescriptionJOB SUMMARY:We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented QA Tester to join our team at AirAsia. The QA Tester will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products through comprehensive testing and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing methodologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:Test Planning and Execution:Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases based on product requirements and specifications.Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities to meet project timelines.Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
Responsibilities & skills
Education
Solid understanding of mobile testingFamiliarity with version control systems (e.g., GitLab).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG) will be an added advantageExperience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
Experience
2 years of experience in software testing or QA roles.Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
