The PositionAs an Intern on our RSS team, you will be responsible for daily activities in accordance with established service levels and SOPs. Your role involves collaborating closely with team members and following instructions from the Team Lead to ensure smooth work coordination. Responsibilities:Service Delivery:Utilize our ticketing system to manage incoming requests and issues.Provide end-user support, including answering system-related queries, conducting training, and offering consultancy on system functionalities.
Responsibilities & skills
Education
Computer proficiency, including familiarity with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace). Knowledge of ERP software such as SAP or ARIBA is a plus.
