Job description
1. Device Handling:Manage the daily collection, return, and inventory of operational devices.Ensure devices are prepared and available for use at the start of each shift. 2. Maintenance and Charging:Oversee device charging to ensure readiness for use.Conduct routine cleaning and basic maintenance to maintain device functionality. 3. Troubleshooting:Identify and address minor technical issues promptly.Escalate unresolved issues to the technical support team when necessary. 4. Software Updates and Configuration:Perform routine software updates and ensure devices are properly configured. 5. Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of device usage, status, and troubleshooting activities.Provide regular reports on device performance and operational issues. Requirements:1. Qualifications and Experience:Minimum SPM or equivalent.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in inventory or device management is a plus.2. Skills and Competencies:Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
