What are you accountable for?Be part of Managed Services Operation Centre Team operating on 24 x 7 hours including weekends and public holidays.Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure.Installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, system software and system management tools.
Responsibilities & skills
Education
Respond to the incoming enquiries/incident/service request (call, e-mail etc.), resolving and closing it within SLA.Prepare monthly managed services report.Provide regular status update.Perform monitoring (serving as NOC functions) for health and utilization status of systems and compute resources, network and security devices, and system availability.
