Why does this job exist and why is it critical? The role is responsible for formulating the appropriate strategy to deliver the sales KPIs for the specific accounts within the assigned segment. The person will be in charge of managing the wholesale Account Managers. This includes ensuring that the sales resource is effectively managed through proper control, monitoring, and performance management programs. What are you accountable for?

Responsible for wholesale account management, contract management, billing and settlement and customer-fronting activitiesAccountable for performing invoice matching and dispute resolutionManage the reciprocal business and infrastructure - to execute the process end-to-end for the wholesale segment
