Develop and implement strategies to drive sales on eCommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok )Optimize product listings and manage promotions to enhance visibility and sales performance.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment.Monitor and analyze eCommerce performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Social Media ManagementPlan, create, and schedule engaging content across all social media channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement.Manage social media campaigns, including paid promotions, to drive traffic and conversions.Monitor social media trends, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies to optimize results.Event Planning & ManagementOrganize and execute brand-related events, including product launches, pop-ups, and promotional events, to increase brand exposure and customer engagement.Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
Responsibilities & skills
Education
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in eCommerce management, with proficiency in platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.
