Job DescriptionADE is a blooming digital engineering company that is a subsidiary of AirAsia Group. In ADE, you will be exposed to infinite possibilities of using technology to make work better & more efficient. As a DTA, you will need to work with various business process owners in ADE and the IT departments (developers, software engineers, data scientists, etc) in order to translate digital strategy into success. JOB SCOPE Provide maintenance support for the application systems (Aircraft Maintenance Engineering and Operations System)Provide IT application support at Airline and MRO environments.Determine and relate application systems with business processes. Conduct business process reviews periodically to minimize the gap with the system.Advise prime users how the system should be used 24 hours daily.Conduct user training for new staff joined or any refresher session required by the existing staff.Conduct testing for any new functions/features introduced.
Responsibilities & skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate problems and develop/execute appropriate action plans.
Education
Good command of English both spoken and written.Ability to communicate well with all levels of stakeholders.Dynamic and result-oriented.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
