What are you accountable for?Manages the meeting appointments for the Corporate team in a timely and synchronised manner for the Head of Corporate sales and other key interlocks with other departments.Ability to handle / follow through on ad hoc matters requiring further action and frequently uses of own judgment in managing schedules and daily tasks, making reasonable decision for Head of Corporate Sales and the team.Ability to compile and analyze information for various scenarios, where a documents including meeting agendas, correspondence, reports, and presentations may be requiredDesigns and coordinates the people engagement programs for Enterprise. This includes organizing large meetings/events including coordinating agenda and planning logistics, such as Town Hall, Engagement activities, external events with customers etc.
