Establish criteria for performance evaluation independently, assess potential risk and opportunities and propose mitigation for business owners’ consideration.Ensure databases & analysis work are reliable, timely & accurate, support and deliver performance dashboard and evaluation by management/ senior encompasses revenue, cost, profitability & etc., translating into actions for business owners.

At least 8 years experience in managing and tracking sales team performanceStrong analytic skills and business acumen.Detailed oriented.Proven track record in project managementCapable to work with various level of authority in the team and manage critical stakeholders.
