Job DescriptionWhat You'll Be Doing:Design & Conceptualization: Develop creative visual concepts and designs for various marketing and communication materials, ensuring brand consistency.Campaign Execution: Handle design projects from start to finish, including ideation, design, and preparing files for various platforms (print, digital, packaging).Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard design software, primarily Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, to produce high-quality visuals. Knowledge of After Effects or other new design technologies is a plus.Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with marketing, product, and other teams, actively sharing ideas and contributing to discussions.Market Trends: Stay updated on design trends, particularly within the F&B, packaging, and FMCG industries, to ensure designs are fresh and relevant.Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and technical specifications for production. What We're Looking For:Experience: 3-5 years of proven professional experience as a Graphic Designer.Software Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/ Photoshop, After Effects).Initiative & Proactiveness: A self-starter who actively seeks to learn, improve, and take ownership of projects.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and visual communication skills, with an open attitude for sharing and receiving feedback.Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital content, and campaign work.Excellent eye for detail, typography, layout, and color theory.Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines under pressure. We are all different - one talent to another - that is how we rely on our differences.
