Experience in the aviation industry.Diploma in Aviation, Engineering, or related field.Familiarity with workshop operations and customer support processes.Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the aviation industry.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Basic knowledge in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
