Job Description
Receive and record all items from allocated areas and deliver them to the decontamination area. Sort contaminated instruments/devices and thoroughly clean them following manufacturer’s instructions and established guidelines and procedures.Decontaminate surgical instruments and other supplies using the washer disinfector and disinfecting solutions.Prepare checklist of contents and place the list inside the tray or pack with the indicator.
