Job Description
Oversee work order process from request to completion.Develop MEP job plans and maintenance checklists and ensure consistent and high-quality results.Establish and implement maintenance schedules, including routine checks, servicing and overhauls to prevent breakdowns and optimize equipment performance.Monitor asset condition and functionality and ensure asset performance is up to standards.Develop, schedule and regularly review MEP preventive maintenance program to ensure minimal breakdown and address issues that arise during operation and take charge of resolution.
Responsibilities + Skills
Develop and oversee technical and safety training program for maintenance team.
Education
Understand and assist in preparing budgets and cost estimates for MEP components. Monitor expenses, control costs and implement cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
