Job Description
Responsible for the coordination and supervision of administrative and clinical care activities during the assigned shift. Assesses and anticipates the health needs of patients and their families in collaboration with other health care team members. Ensures that services are provided in adherence with the hospital and nursing policies, procedures, guidelines and accreditation standards. Supports the mission and vision of Dar Al Shifa Hospital and the Nursing Department. Main Duties and Responsibilities/Performance Standards 1Provides direction to the nursing staff on her shift in the delivery of care and assists them as needed.
