The Division is spit in to Facilities Management, Real Estate and Project Management offering a diverse range of opportunity for dynamic individuals. Role Profile:Overall accountability for ensuring effective lease administration, risk limitation and maintenance of lease agreements throughout the contract life cycle.Lead the lease admin team & works closely with Property Director, Head of Real Estate & Senior Real Estate Managers to manage & ensure effective Lease administration & support in aligning of lease agreements to Alshaya preferred position. This role has both financial & legal elements & will serve as a central source of information, expertise, and management capability for the region.
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Advanced MS Office applications (Leasing application/software/tools is advantage).Good communication in English speaking & writing (bilingual is advantage).
Experience
5-7 years in Leasing/Contract Management/Business Finance.
