Job Description
Plans and performs preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on plumbing systems. Maintains database on boiler, fire system, and backflow inspections in designated area of responsibility. Main Duties and Responsibilities/Performance StandardsResponsible for the installation and maintenance of plumbing, piping and other equipment at all buildings owned and operated by the Hospital.Installs, maintains, tests, and repairs hot water heating system, boilers, septic systems, drains, sewage pump stations, water systems, sinks, piping, kitchen drains, various types of plumbing fixtures, along with other plumbing and mechanical machinery and utility systems;
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair skills.Knowledge of steam, water, and natural gas distribution systems maintenance and repair.
