Full job descriptionPurpose and Scope of the Job-/Summary:The jobholder is responsible to maintain the Store inventory within the optimal level and to replenish the materials on timely manner as per MRP parameters. Assist the Material Management Manager/Purchase Supervisor in procuring all the materials, supplies, equipment and services required by the hospital. The jobholder is responsible for Medical/General inventory replenishment and MRP control. Main Duties and Responsibilities/Performance Standards:The MRP controller reports directly to the Material Management Manager/Supervisor, and has a support responsibility to all functional departments and personnel.Responsible to coordinate the procurement cycle of specific products or services. .Responsible to assist the Material Management Manager/Purchase supervisor to deal with the Companies and suppliers to conduct negotiations and make a cost comparison between them.Responsible for expediting the purchase request and orders, and overseeing receiving and dispersal of all items.
