Job Description
Participates in the process of contract negotiations, monitors the implementation of the legal clauses of the contracts and responsible for the legal form and content of all documents prepared and approved.Represents the hospital before all legal authorities - General Department of Criminal Identification - Forensic Medicine, in cases brought to court for or against the hospital, consults The General Investigation Department, the various Kuwaiti courts, Attorney General, in relation to the legal actions taken for the hospital or against it.Assists the Human Resource Department in drafting, revising employment contracts to facilitate the recruitment / separation of employees and to ensure its conformity to Kuwait Labor Laws.

Education
Prepares forecasts as per plan and quarterly summaries, reviews statistical and audit reports, and conducts analysis and interpretation.
