Full job descriptionPurpose and Scope of the Job:Responsible for the delivery of proper diet to patients according to doctor/dietitian orders. Processes diet orders, Nasogastric feedings and other feeding directions; with assisting in Supervising Catering Food Safety standards. Main Duties and Responsibilities/Performance Standards:Receives and processes Diet Order list from nursing units (Check diet sheet with the diet card based from the meal ordering report in iCare and SAP systems according to each meal.)Responsible for Nasogastric feeding preparation based on dietitian or doctor order.Receives patient's complains and reports it.Visits patients' with modified diet and takes their diet orders.

Education
Education: Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics or equivalent
Experience
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and Responsibilities specified.
