Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and hands-on HVAC Foreman with 5 years of experience in supervising HVAC installation and site activities. The ideal candidate will have strong field experience in ductwork, chilled water systems, VRF units, and package systems across commercial, residential, and industrial projects. This role requires leadership, technical understanding, and the ability to ensure high-quality, timely execution.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and guide HVAC technicians in the installation of ductwork, piping, insulation, and HVAC equipment (AHUs, FCUs, VRFs, chillers, etc.).Execute site works as per approved shop drawings, method statements, and engineering instructions.Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, SMACNA, and project-specific standards and specifications.Allocate daily work schedules, manpower, tools, and materials effectively.Monitor progress, inspect work quality, and report site updates to the supervising engineer.Ensure all safety protocols are followed and PPE is used correctly.
