Job Description

Purpose and Scope of the Job: The Cashier will perform cashiering transactions in the collection of cash and cheque on behalf of the company. The Cashier is also responsible for all cash disbursement as per the approval of Finance Manager. It is his responsibility to handover the cash and check collected to the security company to deposit in the bank.  Main Duties and Responsibilities/Performance Standards:Collects cash for all the Inpatient and Outpatient bills settled by the Sub Cashiers and issue receipts.Receives all the collection from the Insurance companies and issue receipts.Processes all the payments as per the Approved Instructions and prepare payment voucher.Prepares daily Receipts and Payments and submit to the GL Accountant for review.
