Full job description Purpose and Scope of the JobUnder general supervision, deliver a high standard of customer service for all patients. Responsible for room Booking, admission process including taking care of signature of the legal papers of the patients and payment follow up, liaising with members of the hospital’s multi- disciplinary team and providing important information service for patients. Main Duties and Responsibilities/Performance Standards:Receives patients and visitors. Screen interview and register patients for booking or admission, secures names and needs and directs accordingly. Updates patient information. Full explanation about the payment and accommodation daysConfirmation for the booking of admission.Responsible for being courteous and prompt in attending the patient, with the basic idea of “rendering service with a smile”Follow the patient’s approvals before admission or after admission.
