Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance and Operations Manager, located in Nairobi County in Kenya. The Finance and Operations Manager will work collaboratively with the Corporate Executive Team to develop and implement financial and operational strategies that ensure effective management of the organization's resources. This includes hands-on financial planning and forecasting, budget management, cash flow, and financial reporting. In addition, the Finance and Operations Manager will oversee function leads for the day-to-day operational functions of the organization, including Human Resources, IT, and Facilities.

Education
Professional qualification (CPA-K) in AccountingMinimum of 8 years of diverse, generalist experience in financial and operations management, including experience in budget management, financial forecasting, and financial reporting
