DESCRIPTIONThis position is located in the logistics centers of Nagareyama City, Chiba Prefecture, and Amagasaki City, Hyogo Prefecture.[About the Team]Amazon has over 20 fulfillment centers and cross docks (hereinafter referred to as FCs and IXDs) nationwide, each with its own Inbound, Outbound, and Quality Assurance teams, who manage their respective processes. TheInbound Central Operation team serves as the central control tower for nationwide FC/IXD inbound shipments. It manages and operates the inbound volume, inventory, and inbound processes for the entire FC/IXD network, and also plays an important role in creating and building the nationwide FC/IXD inbound system.[Job Description] This positionwill remotely manage the operational status and work progress of multiple IXD locations within the Kanto region, resolve cross-network issues, lead projects for system implementation, and promote standardization and human resource development for long-term expansion.

Education
Amazon's Fulfillment Centers (FCs) and Cross Dock centers (IXD) are located in over 30 locations across Japan, with each center having Inbound, Outbound, and Quality Assurance teams responsible for managing our respective processes.Inbound Central Operation team functions as a central control tower for the inbound operations of FCs nationwide, managing and overseeing the entire FC/IXD network's inbound volume, inventory levels, and inbound processes. Additionally, our team plays a crucial role in creating and building the inbound systems for FCs and IXDs across the country.
