DESCRIPTIONThis position will be based at our logistics center in Fuchu, Tokyo.We handle hundreds of millions of products. Items received from numerous suppliers are consolidated at our fulfillment center, a logistics hub, and then delivered to customers via delivery stations (DS) in various locations.The Area Manager will be responsible for planning and managing shipments and delivery routes to ensure efficient and smooth delivery of our vast inventory.We are currently focusing on expanding our logistics network nationwide.This position is part of the launch of a new location.You will be involved in a new business that will advance logistics at Amazon's key locations.Why not utilize your experience in this challenging mission?Key job responsibilities:Delivery managementYou will plan the sorting and shipping of incoming products and delivery routes. You will planwhich items to sort, when, with how many people, and to which regions, in what order.Overall work and personnel planning will be handled by the Senior Area Manager. You will coordinate closely with the Senior Area Manager to ensure smooth sorting and delivery.Shift, Attendance, and Work ManagementThis role involves managing staff responsible for sorting, shipping, and delivery.We have several dozen employees.In addition to organizing shifts based on logistics volume, you will also manage the smooth progress of operations.You will collaborate with the 34 assistant staff members in charge of shift coordination, monitor the situation, and provide instructions.Work management is carried out using our internal system.
