Amazon operates many logistics centers nationwide every day. Among them, more than 20 FCs (Fulfillment Centers) and more than 40 DSs (Delivery Stations), which are distribution centers where automation is progressing, have introduced many automated equipment to improve the efficiency of shipping operations. Our RME-M (Reliability & Maintenance Engineering–Maintenance) is organized as a division of JCFS (Japan Customer Fulfillment Solutions), the Operations Technology Headquarters, as an equipment maintenance department that maintains and manages these automated equipment. RME-M members maintain and manage the equipment installed at JCFS and keep it running stably, achieving efficient shipping and contributing to stable shipping to many customers. RME-M is currently seeking a customer-oriented leader with experience in maintenance and engineering of manufacturing and logistics equipment. An engineer with knowledge of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, production engineering, and control engineering, with experience in equipment improvement and quality improvement at manufacturing plants, and a leader who can manage the engineering team. In the future, you will be expected to be the leader of multiple locations and be responsible for all team operations, including organizational management, maintenance budget planning, and personnel planning.
