The JP-RME (Reliability and Maintenance Engineering) department works to maintain and improve logistics equipment on a daily basis to ensure customer satisfaction. Theposition we are recruiting for at JP-RME, Site Mainte Specialist (Specialist), is a position that specializes in the technical skills to lead Sr. Technician in improving equipment at the FC and preventing recurrence of equipment problems, and improve equipment to make it stable in the medium to long term. In order to continue to be "the company that cares most about customers on earth," you will need to lead the team on technical aspects to inspect and maintain equipment and devices, create work plans for them, and carry out safe and reliable work in accordance with standardized procedures and rules. In addition, you will work with other members to improve the safety and productivity of the equipment while promoting rapid recovery work and measures to prevent recurrence by investigating the cause of various equipment troubles that occur daily, and you will be responsible for further improving the skills
