Play a role in driving innovation in autonomous driving (ADAS) and digital cockpits. Work with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers to expand influence in the Japanese market and contribute to global automotive technology solutions. Description * Lead business expansion in the Japanese automotive market, focusing on autonomous driving (ADAS), digital cockpits and related fields. * Work with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers to present and develop solutions in autonomous driving technology to achieve customer satisfaction and business growth. * Represent the company and present the latest trends and technological innovations to stakeholders. * Lead solution development of ADAS technology for customers, conducting presentations and demonstrations. * Work closely with international teams to ensure that the company's solutions are globally aligned and up to date. * There will be overseas business trips depending on the situation of the case. Profile * 10+ years of experience in the automotive OEM industry, especially in the development of autonomous driving (ADAS) and digital cockpits. * Proven track record of business expansion and leadership in the automotive industry. * Strong network with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers in the Japanese market. * Business level English skills to communicate with international teams.
