Job description:We are seeking a Autonomous Driving/Robotic Drive Leader to lead business expansion in the automotive sector, focusing on autonomous driving (ADAS, Robo Drive) and Digital Cockpit technologies. You will work closely with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers to drive innovation and business growth in Japan. Description * Engage directly with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, presenting the future of autonomous driving and Digital Cockpit technologies. * Collaborate with internal teams and partners to showcase solutions, differentiate company's offerings, and strengthen market position. * Lead solution presentations, demonstrations, and workshops, conducting PoCs within customer environments. * Propose and architect value-driven solutions to senior business and IT leaders. * Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, establishing technical credibility. * Understand and address the business and technical needs of existing and potential clients. * Communicate customer feedback to development teams, * Set and commit to annual order targets in collaboration with the sales team. Profile * Proven track record in the Japanese automotive market, particularly with OEMs. * Over 15 years of experience working within OEMs, particularly in Autonomous Driving (ADAS) planning and development. * Ability to act as a "door opener" with established networks in OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. * Deep understanding of core automotive platforms and IT environments. * Strong insights into current industry trends, challenges, and disruptive technologies. Business level in bothe Japanese and English. * Experience in pre-sales is preferred.
