This position will be located at a fulfillment center (FC) in either Nagareyama City, Chiba Prefecture or Amagasaki City, Hyogo Prefecture. Each FC has its own Inbound, Outbound, and Quality Assurance team, which manages the processes they are responsible for. TheInbound Central Operation team acts as the central control center for all FCs nationwide, managing and operating the incoming volume, inventory, and receiving process for the entire FC network. It also plays an important role in creating and building the nationwide FC receiving system.[Job Description]This position will remotely manage daily product incoming volume and inventory progress at multiple locations, and lead projects to resolve cross-network issues and implement tools.Attractive Points of the Position:- Broad scope of workYou will be responsible for managing the flow of goods across the nationwide FC network, working with many upstream and downstream parties to make decisions and control operations for overall optimization, and building future systems. This position also offers significant discretion in leading the nationwide network.- Building New MechanismsThis innovative position involves developing permanent solutions to issues arising at the network level and reviewing the design of equipment and tools to be introduced in the future, building an inventory management mechanism for future operations.
