Security Supervisor Gold Room
Job description
ROLE PURPOSETo assist the Security Superintendent in managing a team to ensure the maintenance of law and order and safeguarding (prevention/detection/protection) of the Company’s assets (life and property) within the Gold Room.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:• Assess risks for all tasks and ensure they are controlled before and during task execution.• Report all incidents and ensure they have been investigated and corrective actions completed on time.• Act on all corrective actions assigned to him/her or under his/her jurisdiction and ensure timely completion.• Enforce all environmental work procedures that have been issued by the Departmental Manager.• Investigate all environmental incidents in assigned work areas and prepare reports with recommendations to the Environment department for onward submission to the Environmental Manager or his representative
Responsibilities & skills
Education
Security related degree / Diploma or equivalent
Experience
A minimum of three (3) years of security related experience with at least one (1) year supervising teams Experience and skilled knowledge in investigations will be an advantage
