In addition to delivering our core leadership and manager development programs, this person will work across HR, business leaders and employees to assess leadership needs and design experiential approaches to ensuring our managers and leaders are able to deliver for their teams as well as our clients.We are looking for an experienced leadership development professional who can help design and pilot new programming as well as deliver on core programs. The ideal candidate will be creative and collaborative and able to implement high quality experiences with multiple stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:

Education
Leadership or Management programming experience, preferably in a fast-paced high-growth environment with many internal / external partners.Strong project management skills; design thinking and agile development experience a plusAbility to synthesize disparate, complex information into a clear and concise message and narrative, maximising metrics and data.
