In addition to delivering our core leadership and manager development programs, this person will work across HR, business leaders and employees to assess leadership needs and design experiential approaches to ensuring our managers and leaders are able to deliver for their teams as well as our clients.
Responsibilities & skills
Strong project management skills; design thinking and agile development experience a plusAbility to synthesize disparate, complex information into a clear and concise message and narrative, maximising metrics and data.Excellent PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills
Education
Leadership or Management programming experience, preferably in a fast-paced high-growth environment with many internal / external partners.
