About the roleWe are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior PMO Manager. You will be primarily responsible for setting, maintaining, and evolving effective governance and reporting across portfolios. This role will also involve the management and development of colleagues within the PMO team. The Senior PMO Manager will report to the Head of PMO and will support them across all operational aspects of the PMO.  About Enabling Function Technology PMOEnabling Functions are responsible for bringing out the best in our colleagues by giving them the support they need to perform at the highest level. Our finance systems execute billions of pounds worth of payment transactions each year and in the future, we expect the size of our services to continue to grow.You will be responsible forSupporting the design of governance structures, ensuring governance is simple and flexible whilst enabling the right level of decision making and controlContinual review of governance including PMO processes and the overarching methodology to ensure they remain fit for purpose in a changing environmentFacilitating specific governance forums as agreed with the Head of PMOEnsuring reporting deadlines (including monthly status reporting) are achieved through engagement with stakeholders
